Of course, the first reaction to this question should be to tell the customer about the growing number of courses we offer in the system. But if the times or location are not agreeable to the customer, then you need to seek other options. Are there any books or websites you like to point people to when they are just learning about computers? Please give us your thoughts!

There is a series of books called "Teach Yourself Visually" and most of them cover how to use software like MS Office, Photoshop, etc. I really love these because most of the books are just screen shots with directions. Great for visual learners and people who don't know what they are looking at.
